These Privacy Terms describe how your personal information is collected, used and shared when you use our online store at Kleepsud.ee (the “Online Store”) or when you make a purchase from the Online Store.

Personal information we collect

In addition, we collect information when you wish to make a purchase from the Online Store - for example, your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card number), email address, phone number. We call this information “Order Information”.

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this document, we are talking about both Device Information and Order Information.

How we use your personal information

We use order information to fulfil orders placed on our Online Store (including processing payment, arranging delivery, invoicing and sharing order confirmations with you). In addition, we use Order Information to contact you, to check orders against possible fraud and, if you have so opted in, to share promotional information about our products and services with you.

We use device information to avoid potential fraud risks. For example, we collect information about your IP address. We may also use this information to improve our Web Store (for example, to generate statistics on how visitors move around the store and use the site) or to develop promotional campaigns.

Sharing personal information

Printroll OÜ is the controller of the personal data, Printroll OÜ transfers the personal data necessary for the execution of payments to the processor Montonio Finance UAB, Stripe, Inc, Apple, Inc. or PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A..

We will share your Personal Information with third parties to enable us to use the Personal Information as described above. We may also share your Personal Information to comply with regulations or legal obligations, to respond to a search warrant or other lawful request for information we hold, or otherwise to protect our interests.

Do not follow signal

We do not violate the terms and conditions of our Online Store's data collection and will take action if we see a “do not track” signal from your browser.

Your rights

If you are a citizen of the European Union, you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you and to ask us to correct, update or delete your information. If you wish to exercise this right, please contact us.

In addition, please let us know that, as a citizen of the European Union, your information will be processed for the purposes of fulfilling a contractual obligation between you and us (for example, placing an order through our Online Store), or otherwise to carry out a lawful business activity in relation to you. Data retention

When you place an order in the Online Store, we will retain the Order Information in our database until you have submitted a request to delete that information.
