Return Policy
General
All claims for misprinted/damaged/faulty products must be made within 30 days of receipt of the product. For shipments lost in transit, all claims must be made no later than 30 days after the expected date of arrival. Claims for defects on our part will be covered at our expense.
Reporting problems
If you notice a problem with the product you have received, please report it to. here.
Returned parcels
You will be notified by e-mail when the shipment is returned to Kleepsud.ee. If the parcel is not collected, the products will be donated to charity after 30 days.
Wrong address
If the delivery company confirms an error in the address you have provided, the parcel will normally be returned to our office. Once the correct address has been forwarded to us, you will be liable for the cost of re-delivery.
Packages not received
Shipments that you have not accepted yourself may be returned to our office and you will be responsible for the cost of re-delivery. If you wish, we can offer you other means of delivery or the possibility to collect the goods from our office.
Parcels that you do not accept from us within 30 days will be opened and donated to charity. No money will be returned to you.
Products returned by the customer
Please let us know if you wish to return products. Please also check our Terms of use, which may contain additional provisions on refunds.
EU customer rights
According to Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of return does not apply in the following cases:
- the supply of goods which are made to the customer's specifications or are clearly personalised;
- packaged goods that are open after delivery and are therefore not suitable for return due to health or hygiene requirements.
Therefore, Kleepsud.ee reserves the right to refuse returns in such cases.
